1. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
- You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
 - The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive your item(s).
 - If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.
 
2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
 - You may handle and try the product as you would in a physical store, but if the item shows signs of excessive use, we may deduct for reduced value.
 
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
 - If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, Radwa will cover the return shipping cost and provide a pre-paid return label upon request.
 
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
 - We will process refunds within 14 days of your withdrawal notification or once we receive the returned product.
 - If the item has been used or damaged beyond normal inspection, a deduction may be made from your refund.
 
5. Exemptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
 - Underwear and similar hygiene-related products once packaging is opened.
 - Digital products or downloadable content once accessed.
 
6. Defective Goods – Your Rights
- Under Swedish law (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to make a complaint for defects within 3 years of purchase.
 - If your item is faulty, you may request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund.
 
7. How to Make a Return
- Contact us at order@radwa.se within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us.
 - Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number.
 - Send it back to the return address provided by our customer support team.
 - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund.
