At Radwa, we want you to feel confident and happy when shopping with us. This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns and refunds in line with Swedish and EU consumer laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive your item(s).
If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.
2. Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. You may handle and try the product as you would in a physical store, but if the item shows signs of excessive use, we may deduct for reduced value.
3. Return Shipping Costs (Free)
We offer free returns on all eligible items. To qualify for free return, items must be:
- With all original tags attached
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original packaging
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We will process refunds within 14 days of your withdrawal notification or once we receive the returned product.
If the item has been used or damaged beyond normal inspection, a deduction may be made from your refund.
5. Exemptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Underwear and similar hygiene-related products once packaging is opened.
6. Defective Goods – Your Rights
Under Swedish law (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to make a complaint for defects within 3 years of purchase. If your item is faulty, you may request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund.
7. Unclaimed Packages
If a customer does not pick up their package, a fee of 49 SEK (Sweden) and 79 SEK (Nordic) will be deducted to cover return and handling costs.
8. How to Make a Return
- Contact us at order@radwa.se within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number.
- Send it back to the return address provided by our customer support team.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund.
